Facilities Provided

• Free accommodation will be provided for the period of exhibition on request.

• A stall with sunshade & single phase electrical supply would be provided free of cost. However, Connections above 2kw load and three phase supply will be provided only with prior intimation

• Computers and other important technical requirements will be provided on nominal rent at the exhibition venue on prior request 12 days before the event through email to srujana2008abvp@gmail.com.

• Web based projects will be provided internet facility.

• LCD projectors/OHP will be provided for the paper presentation competitions.

• Four students and a guide are permitted to participate in a group with one project
