Free accommodation will be provided for the period of exhibition on request.

A stall with sunshade & single phase electrical supply would be provided free of cost. However, Connections above 2kw load and three phase supply will be provided only with prior intimation

Computers and other important technical requirements will be provided on nominal rent at the exhibition venue on prior request 12 days before the event through email to srujana@abvp.org.

Web based projects will be provided internet facility.

LCD projectors/OHP will be provided for the paper presentation competitions.

Four students and a guide are permitted to participate in a group with one project
