Project entry has to be sent through colleges only, along with bonafide certificate.

All participants have to present their IDENTITY CARDS while reporting for the Competition. No student will be allowed without a valid current IDENTITY CARD.

Mail ID & Telephone number of the project leader/team member is a must in the application.

Inter disciplinary projects are also encouraged.

The choice of the group is to be given by the students themselves in the entry form while submitting the form. No choice will be allowed thereafter.

Student studying in any discipline can send entries in any group.The choice of Group should be made based on the model and not on the branch of the degree.

Specimen copies of the ENTRY FORM is attached here with. Photocoply of the same may be used separately for each entry.

Students can download the entry forms from www.abvpandhra.com.

All students exhibiting a particular model should belong to the same institution.

The number of students per model and paper shall not exceed four.

The Technical Quiz competition will be conducted only for participants in working model exhibition and Technical Paper Presentation. No separate entries are invited for this competition.

No TA,DA will be given to students and guides.(Respective institutions are requested to provide the same.)

Participants who enroll before 20th Feb-2005 only are eligible to submit the final design.

Total report of working model or total paper has to be submitted in a spiral bound document along with a soft copy. The first page of which has to contain project title and college participants’ name, and college name.

No other page of this document should contain names or college name.

The models will be assessed group wise by a panel of judges from engineering faculty and industry.

All the participants should be present with their models at the time of assessment and are expected to answer the questions posed by the judges.

jury’s decision on all matters will be final.

Participants present at the exhibition for all days will get a participation certificate.

A championship trophy will be awarded to an institution based on its overall performance in the exhibition.
