- Free accommodation will be provided for the period of exhibition on request (Not applicable for participants from Hyderabad).
- A stall with sunshade & single phase electrical supply would be provided free of cost. However, connections above 2kw load and three phase supply will be provided only with prior intimation.
- Computers will be provided on nominal rent at the exhibition venue on request.
- Web based projects will be provided internet facility.
- LCD projectors/OHP will be provided for the paper presentation competitions.
- Four students and a guide are permitted to participate in a group with one project.
